Greene Center for Career Education and Connections and the Student Employment Office, this year’s Become a Better Supervisor Series offers learning and networking opportunities to help faculty, staff, and their student employees discuss how to enhance the on-campus work experience. Learn tactics to better hire, motivate, support, and develop career-ready students. No registration required.

Learn more about the career and college competencies and how to incorporate them into your job descriptions. Using these tools will help students identify learning outcome from their work. These are designed to encourage and inspire students to get the most out of their on-campus position while gaining valuable transferable skills.

Writing a Good Performance Assessment on November 13
Never written a performance review? Let us help! Join us and Human Resources staff as we walk through what it takes to assess and discuss performance. This workshop will teach managers and supervisors how to write a beneficial performance review for student employees using MyPath. We will also discuss how to use this tool to build career-readiness with your employees.
