The University of Rochester’s Pre-College Programs offer current high school students a wide range of academic programs and a true sense of college life.

Our Intensive Studies are three weeks in length and focus on one area of study, and are reflective of Rochester’s most popular majors. Students will learn from academic departments about different paths within that subject matter. Non-Credit Courses are offered for one or two weeks and will give students the opportunity to choose from a variety of disciplines. Students can explore the flexible Rochester Curriculum and learn what they love with like minded peers. No matter which program you choose, get ready for the Rochester Effect.

Credit Courses are also available to high school students who are looking to get college credit and learn along side Rochester undergraduates. Courses are offered during the academic year and summer semesters.
