Hello! I'm a member of the Class of 2020 majoring in mechanical engineering and clustering in German language and culture. I'm from Egypt, but I've spent half my life in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I'm involved in Engineers for a Sustainable World, the Students' Association, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Student Association for the Development of Arab Cultural Awareness. Ananya Goyal

Hello! I'm a member of the Class of 2020 majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in mathematics. Originally from New Delhi, India, I'm currently involved in the Meridian Society, the Biomedical Engineering Society, the EcoReps program, and research. I spend my free time walking across campus, making new friends, chasing groundhogs, and writing about the same. I'm so excited to share my experiences with all of you!

Charlotte Pillow

I am a member of the Class of 2019. I am originally from Ridgewood, NJ. I am a student in the Dual Degree in Nursing program. I am majoring in nursing, public health, and interdisciplinary dance studies, and minoring in psychology. I am the president of the College Diabetes Network and a research assistant at the School of Nursing. For the 2017 spring semester, I studied public health at the University of Oxford.

Isthier Chaudhury

I am the Associate Director of International Admissions in our office, recruiting primarily in China and parts of Long Island. I graduated from Rochester in 2011, majoring in both chemical engineering and Chinese. I hope to answer questions we get from students all around the world, while also sharing a few of my own travel adventures!

I am the Vice Provost and Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. I share big admissions news and updates as well as information and statistics about our incoming classes.

Kayla Zilke

I'm a member of the Class of 2021 from Seattle, WA majoring in psychology with a minor in business. I'm involved with quidditch, GreenSpace, EcoReps, intramural sports, and the Students Association of Vegan and Vegetarian Youth. I also have a job as a student administrative assistant in the Clinical and Social Sciences in Psychology department.

Patrick Hennessey

I am an alumnus of the University of Rochester, and I've worked in the Financial Aid Office as both a student worker and now a financial aid counselor. While at the University I was an English major, history minor, and also was involved with Greek Life. When I'm not slaving away over a hot keyboard, I'm usually at home writing, reading historical fiction and non-fiction, and playing my guitar.

Hi, I'm a member of the Class of 2020. I come from a small rural town on the India-Nepal border called Bairgania. I am studying electrical and computer engineering, and film and media studies. I love traveling, making videos, and playing soccer!

Sammy Cheng

Hi! I am a member of the Class of 2021 planning to major in microbiology and minor in clinical psychology and bioethics. Being born in New York but raised in Indiana for most of my life makes living in upstate New York a very different experience. I am part of the Hong Kong Student Organization, Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers, and the Undergraduate Society of Biology. Hopefully, I can provide valuable insight into life at the University of Rochester!

I'm a member of the Class of 2021 from Trinidad majoring in computer science with a minor in Medieval studies. I'm involved in Pride Network, Women in Computer Science, and the Medieval Studies Undergraduate Council, and I have an on-campus job at iZone! On any given day you'll probably find me wandering the campus just appreciating our amazing school, studying in the library, or just hanging out in one of the dining halls.

I'm the program manager and coordinator for college fairs, college fair volunteers, and Colony Club. I'm a Rochester native and live in Brighton, New York. It's a pleasure to work with Rochester alumni and parent volunteers as they assist us with recruitment events.
