I'm involved in Engineers for a Sustainable World, the Students' Association, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Student Association for the Development of Arab Cultural Awareness. Originally from New Delhi, India, I'm currently involved in the Meridian Society, the Biomedical Engineering Society, Student Alumni Ambassadors, and research. Hello! I am Associate Director, School and Community Relations. Before coming to the Office of Admissions, I had the privilege of working at the Rochester Center for Community Leadership and RIT’s Spectrum Support Program. A native Wisconsinite, I traveled to sunny Houston for my undergraduate degree at Rice University and eventually landed in Rochester where I received both my Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from the Eastman School of Music. As a woman with cerebral palsy, I’m especially passionate about access and inclusion for students with dis(diff)abilities, and am thankful to work with a team that values diversity in all its forms.

I am a member of the Class of 2019. I am originally from Ridgewood, NJ. I am a student in the Dual Degree in Nursing program. I am majoring in nursing, public health, and interdisciplinary dance studies, and minoring in psychology. I am the president of the College Diabetes Network and a research assistant at the School of Nursing. For the 2017 spring semester, I studied public health at the University of Oxford.

My name is Ian Krager and I'm a member of the Class of 2022. I'm from a small town near Canandaigua, New York a little over 30 minutes outside of Rochester and I plan on double majoring in Political Science and English with a minor in Business. On campus, I'm the Executive Director of Academic Affairs in the Students' Association Government, Secretary of the Undergraduate Political Science & International Relations Council, Committee for Political Engagement member, Meridian Society member, Model UN Facilitator, and Campus Times News Editor.

I am the Associate Director of International Admissions in our office, recruiting primarily in China and parts of Long Island. I graduated from Rochester in 2011, majoring in both chemical engineering and Chinese. I hope to answer questions we get from students all around the world, while also sharing a few of my own travel adventures!

I'm an undergraduate of the Class of 2018 double-majoring in international relations and East Asian studies. As an international student from Switzerland, I've previously been part of Residential Life on campus, and I am currently holding executive board memberships for two clubs on campus. When I'm not busy getting ready for class, writing, or watching movies, I barista at the Starbucks on campus while simultaneously trying to juggle some cool research for political science.

I'm Joshua Klepes, and I love living life! I grew up in Clearwater, FL (shoutout to the 727!) and am part of the Class of 2018. I work at Rush Rhees and Carlson libraries and I shovel snow for the campus. I have a major in psychology and a minor in brain and cognitive sciences. I plan to become a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (God willing!). I'm involved in Cru and sometimes the Newman community. My mom and grandma are tied for my favorite people in life, and I am probably addicted to drinking water. My name is Madeleine Fordham, I'm from Amherst, Massachusetts, and I am a sophomore at the University of Rochester. Right now I am planning to double major in American Sign Language and theatre, with clusters in web design and British history. I also do every extracurricular activity I possible can, including (but not limited to) ASL Club, Debate Union, TOOP, Todd Theatre, Campus Times, and Quidditch—go UR Thestrals!

Patrick Hennessey

I am an alumnus of the University of Rochester, and I've worked in the Financial Aid Office as both a student worker and now a financial aid counselor. While at the University I was an English major, history minor, and also was involved with Greek Life. When I'm not slaving away over a hot keyboard, I'm usually at home writing, reading historical fiction and non-fiction, and playing my guitar.

Hi! I am a member of the Class of 2021 planning to major in microbiology and minor in clinical psychology and bioethics. Being born in New York but raised in Indiana for most of my life makes living in upstate New York a very different experience. I am part of the Hong Kong Student Organization, Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers, and the Undergraduate Society of Biology.
