- Community Scholarship
- Open to anyone enrolling in Rochester Scholars or Rochester Scholars Jr. courses, Community Scholarships are awarded to a limited number of students based on financial need and merit.
- Community Scholarship Application Summer 2009
- Rush-Henrietta Whipple Scholarship
- Available to qualified current Rush-Henrietta School District high school juniors and seniors (for the winter and spring sessions) OR qualified rising Rush-Henrietta School District high school juniors and seniors (for the summer sessions), the Whipple Scholarship may be applied toward the Taste of College program or the Rochester Scholars program. Students must meet eligibility requirements. Whipple Scholarship tuition waiver forms are available through the counselor's office at Rush-Henrietta Senior High School and online. Qualified students may reapply for the Whipple Scholarship through the end of their senior year of high school.

- Youth Achievement Award
- Rochester City School District guidance counselors may nominate students for the Youth Achievement Award, which supports tuition for a Rochester Scholars or Rochester Scholars Jr. class. Students must meet eligibility requirements. Applications must be filled out and handed in with the Rochester Scholars application before the application deadline.

- Open to all students in grades 9-12 enrolling in Rochester Scholars or Rochester Scholars Jr. Winners will be selected based on their essay responses.
